Letter to America

Does the following remind you of anyone?

Manipulative, grandiose, lying, dictatorial, secretive, alien, divisive.

It should because that’s hard-core American bidnisman Donald J Trump, the narcissistic sociopath who’s now running things over in the dis-United States of America.

When I log on these days, the first thing I do is head over to the online Guardian newspaper, New York Times and Daily Kaos see if we’re at war with anyone yet, ‘yet’ being the operative word.

It kind of reminds me of the would-be suicide who jumps off the Empire State Building. ‘So far, so good,’ people in the windows hear him saying as he plummets down.

 So far, so good 😉

But history is repetitive and with someone of the ilk of Hitler and Joseph Stalin in charge, who knows what’s coming?

“Canadians amused by the improbable presidential run of Donald Trump might be surprised to learn the role their own country played in shaping his story,” says the CBC, going on:.

“Trump’s grandfather started the family fortune in an adventure that involved the Klondike gold rush, the Mounties, prostitution and twists of fate that pushed him to New York City.”

I’m Canadian, but I’m neither amused nor surprised.

After all, Trump’s grandfather isn’t the only one who prospered through Canadian booze.

The line forms on the right, babe

Stay tuned, like you have a choice 🙂
